Mike Daniels

Mike Daniels is an accomplished executive with a robust background in the electric utility industry, currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Northwest Lineman College since March 2019. In this role, Mike leads a highly effective academic and technical workforce, overseeing one of the largest Electric Lineworker Programs in the nation. Prior to this position, Mike held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations Support at Potelco Inc, where responsibilities included strategic expansion and management of contracts valued at $35-40 million. Mike's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Manager of Fleet Operations at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where responsibilities encompassed regional management and process improvement initiatives, and as Senior Manager of Electric Operations at Avista. Mike holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College.
