Syema Sheikh

Syema Sheikh is an experienced neurologist currently practicing at Northwest Neurology, Ltd. since November 2019. Previously, Syema Sheikh held various positions at UChicago Medicine from July 2014 to November 2019, including Clinical Fellow, Fellow, Chief Resident, and Neurology Resident. Syema Sheikh completed a Preliminary Internal Medicine Residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital from June 2013 to June 2014. Earlier in the career, Syema Sheikh worked as a Research Assistant in the Neurogenetics Laboratory at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine from July 2007 to September 2012. Syema Sheikh earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Neuropsychology and Spanish from Northwestern University.
