Iggy Perillo

Iggy Perillo is the Boss and Founder of WSL Leadership, where emotionally intelligent leadership skills are taught to promote positive change in the world and to cultivate leadership masterminds. In addition to this role, Iggy has extensive experience as the Outdoor Program Staff and Student Staff Trainer at Lewis and Clark College, focusing on developing student leaders through outdoor experiences. As an instructor and program developer at Northwest Outward Bound School - Portland Center, Iggy delivers leadership and character development programs to students while also creating curricula for a variety of outdoor activities. Previous roles include Course Director, Program Support Manager, and Instructor at Voyageur Outward Bound School, where Iggy conducted staff training and led expeditions. Iggy's experience also includes serving as a Faculty Member at Wayfinding Academy, a Strategic Planning Consultant for Lutheran Community Services Northwest, and an Assistant Station Manager for the American Red Cross. Iggy holds an MS in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a BA in Philosophy from Grinnell College.
