Marches Armstrong

Marches Armstrong is an experienced IT professional who currently serves as the IT Director at Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board. With previous roles including Information Systems Analyst at County of Maui, Infrastructure Analyst at DTRIC Insurance Company, Limited, and Sr. System Administrator in the US Navy, Armstrong has a strong background in IT. They hold a B.B.A in Management Information Systems from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, as well as pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon.
