LuEllen Redding is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management and workforce development. Currently serving as General Manager at River Cross Properties since February 2021, Redding also holds multiple roles at Northwest-Shoals Community College, including Workforce Development Specialist, Strategic Partnerships Liaison, and Apprenticeship Advisor, focusing on connecting potential students with employers in the advanced manufacturing sector. Prior experience includes a period of self-employment from August 2016 to February 2020, where Redding operated as an Executive Director while researching new opportunities. Educational credentials include pursuing ABD in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Middle Tennessee State University and earning Bachelor’s Degrees in Public Relations and Marketing, as well as Public Relations/Image Management from the University of North Alabama.
