John E. Bentley

Jeb Bentley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in wealth and investment management. Currently serving as Vice President, Head of Wealth & Investment Management at Northwestern Mutual since February 2016, Jeb leads a team overseeing NM's retail investments business and manages total assets exceeding $240 billion. Previous roles at Northwestern Mutual include Vice President positions focusing on public investments and investment strategy, where Jeb managed substantial fixed income portfolios and strategic asset allocation for the company's general account. Prior to this, Jeb held leadership roles at Mason Street Advisors and Northwestern Mutual Capital, leading various investment initiatives and managing private equity and debt investments. Jeb's career began in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and includes experience in alternative investments at Allstate Investments LLC. Jeb holds a BA in Economics from Williams College and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
