Kari Bloom

Kari Bloom is an experienced professional in strategy, operations, and program management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations at Northwestern Mutual, Kari has held various leadership roles within the same company, including Senior Director of Engineering, Director of Business Architecture, and Infrastructure Architecture Manager. Additionally, Kari is the Executive Leadership Coach and Owner of Big Bend Coaching Company. Kari began a career in software engineering at Compuware and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed between 1991 and 1996.
