Stephanie Graham

Stephanie Graham joined Northwestern University’s Office of General Counsel in 1993 and is currently the vice president and general counsel. Prior to joining Northwestern University, Graham was a labor and employment litigation attorney with Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal in Chicago, Illinois.

Graham’s principal areas of responsibility in the Office of General Counsel are office management, labor and employment counseling, research compliance issues and litigation matters. She also advises on a number of other issues including academic medical center issues, union matters, conflict of interest issues and Title IX matters. Graham is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA). She is licensed to practice in Illinois.
