Matthew T. Eso, CPA has a diverse work experience, starting from their current role as an Assistant Controller at Northwind Group since February 2023. Before that, they worked as a Vice President of Finance at ACRES Capital from January 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Associate - Fund Accounting at HPS Investment Partners, LLC from July 2021 to December 2021.

Matthew began their career at EY, where they worked as a Senior Assurance Associate from November 2018 to July 2021. Matthew T. also gained experience at Marcum LLP as a Senior Audit Associate and Staff Auditor from September 2018 to October 2018, and from October 2016 to October 2018, respectively. Furthermore, they interned as an Audit Intern at KPMG from January 2016 to March 2016.
