David Barton

David Barton currently serves as the Director of Health Safety Environmental & Regulatory at Northwind Midstream Partners since November 2023. Previously, David held various leadership roles at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP, including Senior Director, Health, Safety & Training, where responsibilities encompassed the development of training processes and oversight of safety programs in accordance with federal policies. David's earlier experience includes managing a branch at Assurance Fire, Safety and Training, where management of sales and customer relationships was key, alongside roles focused on safety inspections and compliance. Educationally, David holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Texas Tech University, complemented by multiple courses from the American Management Association.
