Doug Grall

Doug Grall is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Superintendent at Northwinds Construction since January 2017. Previously, Doug held the position of Construction Superintendent at Caldwell Company and American National Construction, where responsibilities included supervising commercial projects and managing timelines and quality. Doug began a career in construction with White-Spunner Construction, overseeing subcontractors and project schedules, and also served as a Building Inspector for the City of Huntsville, Texas, ensuring safety standards were met. Doug is a high school graduate from Madisonville, Texas, and holds an Associate's Degree in Environmental Science.
