Kel Koenig II

Kel Koenig II has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and IT. Kel started as an IT Intern at McStain Enterprises in 2001. Later, they worked as a Business Analyst at EDS, where they led various web portal development projects and implemented HIPAA transactions. Kel then joined Alliant Energy as a Business Analyst, leading a project to in-source electronic bill payment transactions. Kel also worked at CUNA as a Business Systems Developer, specializing in Microsoft products. Kel then transitioned into a role as a Technology Integration Consultant at CUNA Mutual Group.

In 2003, Kel started their own venture, Deuce Consulting LLC, providing in-home technical support. Kel later joined Dean Health Plan, Inc. as a Portfolio Architect, providing architectural and technical leadership to multiple business areas. Kel then served as the Manager of Solution Architecture, overseeing the solution architecture processes and partnering with other IT departments. Lastly, they joined NorthWinds Technology Solutions as the Director of Integration Services in 2022.

Kel Koenig II attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a field of study in Management Information Systems (M.I.S.). Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Waunakee High School from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Kel obtained a certification in "Agile at Work: Getting Better with Agile Retrospectives" from LinkedIn in 2017.
