Lou Lavaux

Lou Lavaux has extensive experience in the finance and operations fields within the hospitality industry. Their most recent role was as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Northwood Hospitality since March 2020. Before that, from 2016 to 2020, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations Finance at Sage Hospitality. Prior to that, Lou was the Chief Financial Officer for North America at Millennium Resorts and Hotels from 2013 to 2016. They also held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at Portico Club from 2012 to 2013. Lou's career began at Exclusive Resorts in 2006, where they worked as the VP/Controller until 2012. They started their professional journey in 2001 as a Regional Financial Officer at Aimco, where they held the position until 2006.

Lou Lavaux completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Colorado State University between 1987 and 1990.
