Rachel K Oleinick

Rachel K Oleinick, AIA, is a seasoned architect with over 17 years of experience in high-end residential design and construction. Currently serving as Principal at Northworks Architects + Planners since February 2017, Rachel previously held the position of Vice Principal and Project Architect at Northworks Architects and Planners, LLC from June 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included construction administration and project documentation management. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Senior Associate at Tigerman McCurry Architects from August 2006 to June 2015, focusing on project management and architectural design. Rachel began the architectural career as an intern at Steven G. Hawkins/Architects from 2001 to 2005, gaining foundational experience in design and client engagement. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Penn State University between 2001 and 2006.
