Pinak Dhokale has worked in the engineering industry since 2011. Pinak began their career as a Workshop Process Supervisor at Vishwakarma Enterprise in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Atlas Copco as a Process Engineer. In 2021, Pinak began working at Zimmer Biomet as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they developed Control Plans, Test Method Validation protocols, and Gage R&R studies. Pinak also managed Change Management System requests and updated Inspection criteria. This year, Pinak began working at Nortis as a Quality Engineer.
Pinak Dhokale obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Binghamton University between 2019 and 2020. In 2021, they were certified in Project Management Essentials from the Management & Strategy Institute. In 2020, they obtained certifications in AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Coursera Certified Courses, Supply Chain Planning from Udemy, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Binghamton University.
