Kathleen Exline has over 30 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathleen began their career at Deaconess Health System in 1990 as a Registered Nurse and later took on roles as Call Center Manager and Director of Patient Care Services. In 2007, they joined Norton Healthcare as the System Director of Performance and was later promoted to System Director of Clinical Effectiveness and Care Management. In 2014, they became the System Vice President of Performance Excellence and Care Continuum at Norton Healthcare.
Kathleen Exline completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Evansville in the period from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from the same university from 1990 to 1992. In 2016 to 2018, they furthered their education by earning a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Kentucky.
