Kathy Lamb

Kathy Lamb has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathy started their career at Charter Behavioral/Ten Broeck Hospital in 1997 as an HR Director, where they stayed until 2007. After that, they joined Kindred Healthcare as an HR Manager for Peoplefirst Rehabilitation from 2007 until 2010. Kathy then moved to Norton Healthcare, where they served as the HR Director for the Women's and Children's Division from 2010 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Facility Vice President of Operations at Norton Healthcare.

Kathy Lamb earned their Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Louisville, completing their studies from 1985 to 1990.
