James Rocco

James Rocco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business application management and systems support within the shipping and maritime industries. Currently serving as the Business Application Manager at Norvic Shipping International Ltd. since August 2019, James provides in-house support for multiple systems while developing and maintaining digital IMOS manuals. Previous roles include Web Systems Support Engineer at BizTechPro Inc., where James has been since September 2007, and Systems Administrator at Chembulk Tankers LLC, along with a series of key positions that emphasize expertise in IMOS application testing, reporting, and user training.
