Tricia Defay

Tricia Defay, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Radiology, Cardiology, and Transportation Services and PACS Administrator at Humboldt Park Health since July 2023. Previously, Tricia was an Adjunct Instructor in Radiographic Physics at Stellar Career College Chicago Campus from March to December 2023, and prior to that held the position of Radiology Supervisor and CT Team Lead at Ascension from May 2021 to December 2022. Tricia's extensive experience in imaging began at AMITA Health, where work as a CT/X-ray Technologist spanned from July 2003 to May 2021. Additional roles include serving as a Casual Staff Radiographer at Northwestern Medicine and Direct Support Lead at Rimland Services NFP. Tricia holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Services and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Leadership from the University of St. Francis, along with multiple degrees in radiologic technology and computer information systems.
