William Kelty

William Kelty, MBA, has extensive work experience in various IT leadership positions. William currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Humboldt Park Health since 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President & Chief Information Officer at St. John's Episcopal Hospital from 2019 to 2023.

Before that, they had a long tenure at Advocate Health Care from 2002 to 2019, where they held various IT leadership positions. William also worked at KS Consulting, Inc. as a IT consultant from 1995 to 2002, and at National Engineering Technology Corporation as a CAD Lead/ Network Administrator from 1989 to 1995.

Their career began in the United States Army, where they served as a Paratrooper from 1983 to 1987.

William Kelty, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technical Management from DeVry University. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies from Elgin Community College. William also holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Aided Design & Drafting Technology from Elgin Community College. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certification as a Certified HIPAA Professional from ecfirst in June 2016.
