Martin Alexandru Rusneac is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various industries, currently serving as Human Resources Shipboard Director at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since January 2020. Previously, Martin held the position of Engagement and HR Strategy Advisor at Corporate Strategique HR Development and was an HR Shipboard Director at Carnival Cruise Lines.
