Shaira Flores

Shaira Flores currently serves as Chief Member at Chief since December 2023. With extensive experience in finance and accounting, Shaira has been with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since May 2016, holding the position of Senior Director of Payments Acceptance and Financial Services and previously as Director of Payroll and Financial Services. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Carnival Corporation from December 2013 to May 2016 and various managerial positions at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from November 2001 to December 2013, where responsibilities included financial reporting, coordinating audits, and participating in Sarbanes-Oxley documentation. Shaira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
