Thomas Fallon

Thomas Fallon is an experienced executive currently serving as EVP of Business Development at Sanmina and as a Partner at 4-Good Ventures since January 2021. Since December 2020, Fallon has been an advisory board member at QuantumScape and has been a board member at Hercules Capital, Inc. since June 2016, where responsibilities include serving on the compensation committee and chairing the nominating and governance committee. Fallon's extensive experience includes a notable tenure at Infinera, where key contributions included facilitating a CEO transition and overseeing a significant acquisition. Other leadership roles include CEO and COO positions, as well as board membership at various organizations, including the Silicon Valley Leadership Group and Picarro, Inc. Additionally, Fallon has been actively advising at The University of Texas at Austin since 2008. Educational achievements include a BSME and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
