Griffin M. is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for North America at Nosto since February 2022, after progressing from the role of Senior Manager of Customer Success for the US. Prior to Nosto, Griffin held the position of US Director of Customer Success and Global Support at Stackla, and served as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Griffin's career began at Catchpoint as a Customer Success Manager and at AppNeta, where roles included Customer Success Manager and Business Development Representative. Griffin's experience also includes a brief tenure as a mover with Gentle Giant Moving Company, where valuable problem-solving and customer service skills were developed. Griffin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Roger Williams University in 2014.
