Kaisa Hutton has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Kaisa started their career at Academic Business Consulting as a Student Consultant, where they established a new customer relationship and delivered a project on strategy implementation and communication to Fazer Amica. Kaisa also held the role of HR group head, responsible for fostering a positive work environment.
Kaisa then worked at Svenska Handelsbanken Ab as a customer advisor, managing day-to-day transactions and attracting new customers.
At GE Healthcare, Kaisa worked as an HR assistant, providing support to two different service businesses in the EMEA region. Their responsibilities included updating employee databases, preparing HR reports, and assisting with HR projects such as salary and bonus planning.
Kaisa then joined Golla as a Key Account Manager for promotional and customized products. In this role, they were responsible for managing business relationships and sales in over 100 countries. Kaisa later became the Director of Finance & HR, leading a team spread across three continents and managing the human resource, financial, and accounting services for the company.
Currently, Kaisa is the Global Head of HR at Nosto. Kaisa oversees and handles both strategic and operational HR activities in multiple global locations. Their responsibilities include recruitment, talent management, compensation, organizational development, and coaching managers in HR issues. Kaisa ensures the implementation of a strong and scalable HR model while maintaining a personal startup touch.
Kaisa Hutton started their education in 2002 at the Hanken School of Economics, where they pursued a Master of Science in Economics degree with a specialization in Management and Organization. From 2007 to 2008, they also had the opportunity to study at the Wisconsin School of Business as a Brittingham Viking Scholar in the United States, focusing on MBA studies. In 2005, Kaisa went on an exchange program to the National Sun Yat-Sen University, where they deepened their knowledge in East and Southeast Asian studies, specifically Mandarin Chinese.
