Mridang Agarwalla

Mridang Agarwalla has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Mridang began their career at giosg.com in 2009, where they served as a Lead Backend Developer for one year. In 2007, they joined Intrum Justitia as an IT Analyst and remained in that role for six years. Since 2013, Mridang has been working at Nosto in various roles. Mridang started as a Senior Developer, where they focused on reworking the version of a Cassandra cluster and implementing systems for anomaly detection and error reporting. Mridang then progressed to become an Engineering Team Lead and later, the Head of Platform & Data Engineering. Most recently, Mridang served as the Head of Customer Technology, responsible for bringing personalization solutions to retailers globally. Mridang led initiatives such as multi-channel personalization, leveraging technologies like GraphQL, and optimizing content delivery using WebP, HTTP/2, and Brotli. Currently, Mridang holds the position of Global Head of Technology at Nosto.

Mridang Agarwalla obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Calcutta. Additionally, they received a certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2022.
