Alexandre Haggai is the CEO at Not So Dark, a company they co-founded in March of 2017. Prior to that, they were the Operations and Logistics Manager at Stuart from November 2014 to March 2017. Alexandre also worked as a Product & Logistics Manager at Bigbox from September 2013 to August 2014.

Alexandre is a highly skilled and experienced business professional with a passion for food and restaurants. Alexandre has a proven track record of success in both operations and logistics management, as well as product development.

Under their leadership, Not So Dark has become one of the leading poke bowl restaurants in France, known for its use of natural, organic, and sustainable ingredients. Alexandre Haggai has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & Information System from Binghamton University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, General from Binghamton University.
