Bernat Serra Deola

Bernat Serra Deola is currently the COO at Not So Dark. Prior to this, they worked as a strategy and PE consultant at Digital Value | Conseil en stratégie digitale et investissement from April 2018 to January 2019. There, they worked with big corporations to define and execute their digital strategy, including online demand analysis, SEO, and deep analysis of new markets and distribution channels. Additionally, they analysed potential investment opportunities and worked in due diligence projects for private equity funds. Bernat also worked on the post-acquisition business plan and financial projections of a Barcelona-based startup that was acquired by one of the largest wine and spirits seller worldwide. Before that, they were the Operations & BI Manager at Rocket Internet SE from May 2017 to September 2017. There, they were in charge of business intelligence, operations and product development at a marketplace for temporary staffing. Bernat set up a business intelligence dashboard for real-time KPIs monitoring and led the UX development of a new version of the mobile app. This resulted in a +30% increase in the user weekly application rate, a critical KPI for the business model.

Bernat Serra Deola has a Master in Management from [HEC Paris, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
