Born in France, Manuella Picard began their career in the hospitality industry in 2013 as a chef de rang. Manuella then worked as an assistant manager at JOUR before becoming adjointe au directeur de la restauration at Hôtel Ibis. In 2016, they became Directeur de restaurant at Le Pain Quotidien France, where they oversaw a team of 15 people and was responsible for the restaurant's budget, staffing, and performance indicators.

In 2020, Manuella Picard joined Not So Dark as ops launcher IDF. In this role, they are responsible for the organization and execution of Not So Dark's operations.
