Marion Cantegrit Herbin

Marion Cantegrit Herbin is currently the Chargée des Ressources Humaines at Not So Dark. Prior to this, they were with Restaurant NOON for almost 4 years, where they started as an Equipière polyvalente and eventually became the Manager Restaurant and then the Responsable Ressources Humaines et Administratif. In this role, they were responsible for managing the ADP, PAIE, and administrative functions for the restaurant. Marion also implemented a new SIRH (SKELLO) system for the restaurant.

Before their time at Restaurant NOON, Marion was the Manager Général - Directrice Opérationnelle for 4 restaurants and a laboratoire. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management of the restaurants, including the budget, HR, and operations.

Marion Cantegrit Herbin has a Master 1 degree in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général from IFOCOP - Institut de Formation Professionnelle.
