Jelena Kovac Kolicich

Jelena Kovac Kolicich is the current Head of Finance at Notable. Prior to this, they were an Independent Consultant from June 2021 to October 2021, providing finance and accounting support for quickly growing companies. Jelena has also been a Finance Manager/Head of FP&A at Blend from January 2015 to July 2021, where they built and grew a high-performing team, drove strategic and financial planning, managed company-wide budgeting and forecasting across departments and product-lines, partnered cross-functionally on business objectives and KPIs, assisted with financing rounds and fundraising diligence. Jelena started their career as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch from November 2011 to July 2012, followed by an Equity Trading Internship at TD Securities from September 2010 to December 2010.

Jelena Kovac Kolicich has a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Jelena Kovac Kolicich reports to Pranay Kapadia, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Muthu Alagappan - Chief Medical Officer, Susan Sobay - Head of Sales Development, and Matt Serna - Head of Marketing.
