Luis Miranda

Luis Miranda has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Luis is currently working as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Proof, where they are involved in notarizing documents online. Prior to this, Luis worked at Ridgeline in a professional services role. Luis also spent a significant portion of their career at DocuSign, where they served as a Principal Customer Success Architect, responsible for deploying and maximizing DocuSign technology adoption for enterprise customers. Luis has previous experience working at Morgan Stanley as the Vice President of Technology, Enterprise Infrastructure, and at IBM as a Z/OS Systems Programmer. Additionally, they served as a board member and held various positions at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers - New York City, focusing on membership growth and retention. Luis started their career as an Assistant Tennis Instructor at the United States Tennis Association.

Luis Miranda graduated from Binghamton University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
