Paolo Beltran

Paolo Beltran has extensive work experience in the food science and development industry. Paolo most recently served as the Director of Food Science AI at NotCo since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Taika as the Head of R&D from June 2020 to March 2022. Paolo also has experience as a Project Manager and a Senior Food Scientist at Mattson: Innovation for the Food & Beverage Industry. Paolo had a brief role as a Food Scientist at Circle Foods / La Terra Fina in 2010. In addition, Paolo has worked as a Commercialization Scientist at Beautifull, Inc., a Research and Development Manager at Fuji Food Products Inc., a Senior Quality Control Associate at B.Braun, and a Chemist at Chem Arrow Corporation.

Paolo Beltran completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at UC Irvine, with a graduation year of 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Food Science at Chapman University, from 2005 to 2007.
