Sarah Dempsey

Sarah Dempsey began their work experience in 1998 at JD Wetherspoon, where they worked in personnel and training. In 2001, they joined TJX Europe as an HR Officer and eventually worked their way up to HR Business Partner. In 2005, they became the Resourcing & HR Manager before transitioning to the role of Exec Resourcing & Development Manager in 2008. Sarah left TJX Europe in 2013. In 2014, Dempsey had a brief stint as an Interim HR at Magnox Ltd before joining Notcutts Ltd as an HR Manager. Sarah was later promoted to Head of Human Resources and most recently served as the HR Director at Notcutts Ltd.

Sarah Dempsey attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Social Science. Prior to that, they attended Woodbridge School from 1984 to 1991, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, Sarah obtained Mental Health First Aid from MHFA England® in June 2023 and a Certificate in Executive Business Coaching from OCM in March 2013.
