Akash Sharma

Akash Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Akash currently works as a Key Account Manager at NotifyVisitors since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture as an Account Analyst from December 2018 to April 2022, where they were responsible for client issue resolution, achieving CSAT leadership, and training and onboarding employees. Before joining Accenture, they briefly worked at Teleperformance as an Account Strategist from July 2018 to December 2018. Akash also gained experience as an Intern at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts in 2013, where they studied customer assessment of hospitality services and suggested customer management improvements.

Akash Sharma pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from the College of Vocational Studies from 2009 to 2012. Later, they attended the Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute Of Professional Studies, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from 2013 to 2015.
