Lyndsey B. has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lyndsey began their career at Norsk Hydro in 2004 as a Human Resources Assistant and Inside Sales representative. Lyndsey then moved on to National Heritage Academies in 2006, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on Compensation and Benefits. In 2009, Lyndsey joined Next Generation Enrollment as the Manager of TPA Services. After three years, they transitioned to SpartanNash in 2012, where they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. Most recently, from 2014 to the present, Lyndsey has been with Notions Marketing, starting as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, then progressing to roles such as HR Shared Services Manager, Human Resources Director, and currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources.

Lyndsey B. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Ferris State University, where they attended from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they pursued further education at Central Michigan University, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Administration, completing their studies from 2007 to 2014.
