Michael Palko

Michael Palko has several years of work experience in various roles within the Human Resources field. Michael started their career at TheBANK of Edwardsville as a Personal Banking Officer in November 2015 and worked there until April 2016. Michael then joined Scottrade as a Margin Associate from April 2016 to September 2017. In September 2017, they moved on to NOTS Logistics, LLC as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist. Michael later became a Human Resources/Employment Supervisor from January 2018 to August 2018, and then served as a Human Resources Manager from August 2018 to January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at NOTS Logistics, LLC starting from January 2021.

Michael Palko holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Maryville University of Saint Louis. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Michael also has an Associates Degree in Applied Engineering from Illinois Valley Community College.
