Nicholas Laporte

Nicholas Laporte is an experienced professional with a diverse background in gaming, sports management, and operations. Currently serving as a Licensing Specialist for the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi Gaming Commission since February 2021, Nicholas previously worked as a Slot Attendant and Casino Dealer/Dual-Rate Floor Supervisor at FireKeepers Casino Hotel. Nicholas also has experience in sports administration as the Executive Director of the Central Michigan Soccer Association and as the Director of Operations for Lansing United. Earlier roles include managing logistical operations as a Preload Supervisor at UPS and performing HUMINT collections as an Intelligence Specialist for the US Navy. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences/General Business from Eastern Michigan University.
