Nicholas Mayo

Nicholas Mayo serves as the Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer and Executive Assistant to the Director of Health and Human Services at the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi since October 2020. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Program Support Specialist at the Indian Health Service from June 2017 to September 2020, alongside roles at Spectrum Health and Mercy Health as an Administrative Coordinator and Pathology Administration Intern, respectively. Nicholas is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Healthcare Management at Michigan State University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician from Ferris State University.
