IT Customer Experience Team Lead at Notting Hill Genesis

Abdul Khalique has a long and varied work experience in IT support and service roles. Starting in 1992 with IT Support and Data Processing at Abacus in Luton, they moved on to roles at ICL Fujitsu and XN Corporation before joining Home Retail Group PLC in 2002 as a Senior IT Servicedesk Analyst. Abdul then progressed to roles at Fujitsu UK and Ireland, VitalSource, Optionis Group, Transputec Ltd, and is currently working at Notting Hill Genesis as an IT Customer Experience Team Lead. Abdul'sresponsibilities have included 1st and 2nd line support, technical service specialist roles, project management, and team leadership.

Abdul Khalique attended South Luton High School from 1985 to 1990. Abdul then pursued a field of study in CITB - Engineer at Dunstable College, Bedfordshire from 1990 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained various certifications over the years, including ITIL 4, AWS Technical Professional, and Writing in Plain English.
