Andy Thompson

Andy Thompson has extensive experience in the transportation and engineering sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Fleet Technical Manager at Nottingham City Transport since January 2004, Andy has held various roles including Assistant Engineering Manager and Workshop Foreman at Pathfinder Depot. Prior to this, experience includes roles as a Running Shift Fitter with Stagecoach and Midland Travel, as well as Engineering Department Workshop Foreman at Skills Holidays. Andy's technical background began with an apprenticeship as a PSV Technician at Redfern Travel and further education at Emtec College and West Notts College. Throughout the career, a commitment to high standards in engineering and maintenance has been evident.
