Marissa Wertheimer

Marissa Wertheimer, MS, RD, CSOWM, is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition counseling, specializing in weight management, diabetes, heart health, and general wellness. Currently employed at Nourish since May 2023, Marissa provides telehealth nutrition counseling. Previously, Marissa worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from October 2015 to May 2023, where responsibilities included individual and group nutrition counseling for a medical weight loss center and lifestyle coaching for faculty and staff. Marissa's experience also includes sales leadership at ISI® Elite Training Franchise, fitness coaching at Curves, nutrition education for middle school students at After-School All-Stars, and sports nutrition support for athletes at Georgia State University. Marissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from The University of Georgia and a Master's degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition from Georgia State University.
