She brings over eight years of experience in psychology, social policy reform and public sector leadership and combines robust project management with a nuanced approach to building relationships and sustaining positive outcomes. Bhairavi is an expert project manager and facilitator, having led large and complex engagements, including independent reviews, multi-cohort leadership programs and sensitive stakeholder engagement processes. She also works with clients across Australia and the UK to advance their equity, diversity and inclusion practices.
