Jim Urhausen

Jim Urhausen is the Co-Founder and COO of Nousot. Jim has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry and has held various leadership roles at several companies.

Jim started their career at Arthur Andersen in 1996 as a consultant. Jim then moved to Robert Half International in 1998, where they became the Division Director. In 2001, they left to join Kforce as the Market Manager.

In 2004, they founded Clarity Insights, which was acquired by Accenture's Applied Intelligence Group in 2020. Jim then co-founded Nousot in 2020.

Jim Urhausen received their BS in Finance (Real Estate) from Miami University.
