Aaron Friedman

Aaron Friedman is a Senior Consultant at Nova 401(k) Associates since October 2020. Previously, Aaron served as the AVP, Tax Exempt National Practice Leader, and Product Manager at Principal Financial Group from 1993 to 2019, where Aaron significantly expanded the tax-exempt retirement plan practice from $4 billion to $32 billion in assets under management. Aaron also held the position of Vice President and Compliance Officer at Professional Pensions, Inc. from 1993 to 1999 before its acquisition by Principal. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Michigan and has obtained certificates in Human Resource Management and HR: Compensation & Benefits from Florida Atlantic University in 2020.
