Stephen Flannery

Stephen Flannery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Account Manager at Nova 401(k) Associates since August 2015, Stephen has been instrumental in training junior staff and staying updated on regulatory changes. Concurrently, as Director of Operations for Jets Lacrosse, Stephen oversees daily operations and acts as the primary contact for coaches, board members, and parents. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Pension Analyst at REPTECH and Actuarial Analyst at Mercer. Stephen holds a BS in Mathematics from Colgate University and studied at the University of Wollongong.
