Rola Harb

Rola Harb, PHRi™, currently serves as the HR Supervisor at Nova Call Center Services since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rola held multiple positions at Second Step for Software Development from May 2018 to January 2023, including Senior HR Admin Officer, HR Admin Officer, and HR Admin Assistant. Rola's earlier experience includes working as an Educational Consultant at Future Gate Ltd. from January 2014 to June 2016 and as an ICDL Trainer at CTS from March 2009 to September 2010. Rola Harb holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Yarmouk University.
