Andrea Tracey

Andrea Tracey has extensive work experience in corporate strategy. Andrea started their career in Tracey's Dairy & Ice Cream Products, where they served as a Sales Representative & Team Lead. Andrea then moved on to Centreside Dairy '80, Tracey's Dairy & Ice Cream Products as an Operations Assistant to the General Manager.

In 2012, Andrea joined CPP Investment Board as an Administrative Assistant to the President & CEO. Andrea worked in this role for two years before transitioning into a Summer Analyst position in Corporate Strategy at the same company in 2015.

After that, Andrea joined CPP Investments as an Associate, Corporate Strategy in 2016 and progressed to Manager, Corporate Strategy in 2018. Andrea then became a Director, Corporate Strategy in 2020.

Andrea'smost recent work experience includes working at NOVA Chemicals. Andrea initially held the position of Director, Corporate Strategy and then moved on to become the Director, Corporate Strategy & Chief of Staff in 2023.

Andrea Tracey attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Andrea then attended the Melbourne Business School in 2016 for an International Exchange during the Winter Term as part of their MBA studies. Prior to their graduate studies, Andrea obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from Western University, specializing in Biology.
