Darren Sopkow

Darren Sopkow, P.Eng., PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing and heavy civil construction sectors. Currently serving as Team Leader for Major Maintenance & Construction at NOVA Chemicals since December 2014, Darren has held multiple roles within the organization focusing on growth projects and project management, including Process Systems Manager and Construction Manager. Prior to this, Darren operated as a self-employed Engineering/Construction Consultant, offering specialized services in both chemical and civil infrastructure. Experience also includes project management roles at Northside Construction Partnership and Williams Engineering Canada Inc., complemented by a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta.
