Caroline H. Herman

Caroline H. Herman, P.G. is a Senior Environmental Scientist at Nova Consulting since November 2021, with prior experience as an Environmental Scientist at T.Y. Lin International and as an Environmental Resource Project Supervisor, Hydrogeologist II, and Hydrogeologist I at Miami-Dade County from February 2016 to October 2021. Previously, Caroline worked at Biscayne National Park as a Laboratory and Field Technician and Water Quality Intern, and served as a Nature Counselor at Camp Hillard, focusing on environmental education for children. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Marine Affairs and Policy specializing in Coastal Sustainability from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Earth Science from Bryn Mawr College.
